My spouse and I are bi-coastal - one daughter lives East and one West. We think about when to go and how long to stay. We've driven across eight times and flown more than that.

Haven't gone through Canada yet though I've gone to open mics in South Vancouver.

I really like the idea of short haiku songs. this one has a lazy-day feel that fits the lyric. Have you heard of "The Commercial Album" by the Residents? It's 40 weird one-minute songs.

I too made some Haiku songs last FAWM. writing some Haikus sometimes. I love their shortness and the way you can bring a mood into so few words.
